Shayla is AMAZING!! She takes the time to actually chat with you, make you feel comfortable and actually listens to you. She doesn't make you feel stupid or inadequate with your questions. Shayla takes the time to break down each process and explain why they need this or that and what it's used for. I ended up in the hospital with Covid pneumonia and Shayla made sure to keep the process going and running smoothly. You can't ask for a better person than Shayla n team!!!
