I have worked with Barry many times over the years. I followed him to Primary Residential because of his first class service and excellent advice. My son is now working with Barry to purchase his first home, and I would not want him in anyone else's hands!

Mike worked with us through every phase of the refinance process, identifying all options to ensure the best possible outcome to serve our immediate and long term financial needs. His commitment and communication throughout our Refi were truly top notch and we we have referred Mike to several friends and co-workers since then. We couldn't ask for better!

Mike is the "Go To" guy for mortgage loans or just advice. He knows the lending market from the ground up, and gives it to you straight. VERY responsive -- no waiting and wondering if he's going to call you back. He's a very down-to-earth guy, and explains the process in simple terms. He knows his local counterparts throughout the industry, including title attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, real estate agents, builders, etc. I have worked with Mike 3 times, so I can certainly vouch for him!

Barry has helped my husband and I purchase two homes and refinance both at times when rates became more favorable. He is always extremely thorough and thoughtful in presenting ALL of the options even if it does not directly benefit him or his company. We would never work with anyone else!
