it was my first time... im not sure what would be acceptable or over the top, nothing to compare it to. pretty easy process? not sure if it's normally this easy or much harder idk

Greg, Tim and the whole team was wonderful. They answered all my questions anytime I called and if they didn't answer when I called they would send a text stating the would call back with a time frame. I couldn't do this process without them
