Deb and Frank Colanino bring the true meaning of family to their mortgage business platform! Deb has over 35 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience. Having started as a Realtor in 1985, Deb made the change to mortgage lending in 2005 and is licensed in MA, RI, NH, ME, & FL. Frank had a very successful career in sales and management for over 40 years and joined Deb as a Loan Officer in 2018. Deb and Frank employ a no-nonsense approach with their clients, while still being able to give the time and attention to detail that allows clients to be comfortable with their home mortgage decisions. No pressure, no timelines, just the best possible choices and support in todays Mortgage industry.

Together they have raised 6 successful adult children and now have 6 beautiful grandchildren! For 25 years, they have lived In Deb’s Hometown of Plympton, on their small family farm complete with horses and dogs! Frank was from North Reading, Mass on the North Shore, but has been a true South Shore man for 50 years!
