Wes is calm, knowledgeable, hard-working, on task, and good at coordinating a complicated process that involves a lot of people and paperwork. We would definitely recommend him in the future and/or use his services in a future refinance.

It has nothing to do with Weston - he kept me informed as to what was going on. It's the time it took to process my refi. 3 months seems a little too long to take to process a loan. I know the pandemic doesn't help, I'm in the real estate business, but perhaps you need to hire more people?

I am in the real estate industry and get to see first hand the problems lenders can have or did not prepare for with a closing. Wes did a great job of preparing and keeping me informed of what to expect and did not play any games with my rate and terms. Wes and his team did a great job and I will work with him again.
