In the spirit of continuous improvement, the only recommendation I have is with the transaction manager. There were several typos on the documents sent to us, incorrect email addresses used, and even my employer notified me of a typo on a verification.

Thanks so much to Judy Naccarato and the the Primary Residential Mortgage team. Judy is a total professional. She really knows how to make the process work. I needed a mortgage for an investment property and had a very short window. Judy made it happen. The communication was excellent and she kept the Title Company up to speed every step of the way too.
