Jason went out of his way to get me the best deal and close on my property. It was a short sale property and it seemed like it was not going to happen but Jason and his team worked extremely hard to make this dream possible for me and my family, and we will always be grateful for that.

I think it is inappropriate to be selecting files for audit the day before closing and jeopardizing real estate contracts on files that are clean and complete. This was a terrible purchasing experience for me on what should have been a great day. I highly recommend reconsidering the timing of your internal audit procedures be changed to evaluate files further from closing. Jason was pleasant but the experience was horrible and something is clearly wrong with this kind of customer experience.

my experience with Jason was great just because he tried to get everything the way it was supposed to be.
