Ted is very knowledgeable and proactive. At times I became frustrated with underwriters’ seemingly ridiculous requests, but Ted explained why they were necessary. He also delivered closing documents 3 days prior to the title company needing them. I think Ted is a gem in an industry where there are a lot of rocks!
