I was very happy with Mr. White. He told me what I needed to do. I had everything done that I needed to do within 2 weeks. BUT the underwriter took to long in doing things. She would ask for papers and wait a month and then ask for the same papers again. I had to paid 2 extra months of rent which was a loss for me. Put me in a very big bind. Took 3 months to close.
