Wendy has been our "go-to" lender for many years now. Whenever I hear about, or we think about anything regarding our mortgage or interest rates go down, or anything at all, we always call Wendy. She is extremely professional, straightforward, and honest. Nothing more you could ask for in a lender, and we could not recommend her enough!

I had a close friend send me to Wendy Reeder when I was wanting to look into purchasing my first home. Wendy is very friendly and told me exactly what documents I needed to provide her, then she took care of the rest. Great communication every step of the way!
