The process became very stressful overall, finding a home and seller to work with took a little while, then close kept being postponed from Dec 18th all the way out to Jan 5th for unclear reasons. Just felt dragged when everything asked for was provided almost immediately. We were also unaware of our original loan approval amount until our realtor asked Wendy to clarify that for us, I had previously asked in an email as well. I also had and still have issues with the website and all of the sudden no longer having a working or active log in, nothing I have done to try to fix it has worked. Overall the process could have went more smoothly and clear specific communication would have been greatly appreciated.

Wendy and Erica helped save this deal for my buyers. They stepped in to help with the loan after the buyer almost fell out of escrow. With lighting speed they were able to close and get them funded before our deadline.
