It had absolutely nothing to do with Niomi, she is THE BEST! It was the underwriting and processing dept, that gave us all of the issues. The home we were buying, the sellers asked for a long close, so this should have been even more favorable as it wasn't a 30-45 close that had to be rushed, it was a 2.5 month close. We had given all of our docs to Niomi very far in advance and yet we were still delayed in the close. It all seemed very ridiculous!

Niomi is a great communicator, was almost instantly available through email. She explained things well and was a great support in this stressful market. Truly a remarkable professional.

The team seemed to struggle with communicating during the closing process.The closing process was 8 weeks long and still multiple errors were made that pushed the final close back two days. The different departments do not seem to coordinate well.
