The experiance of buying a new home can wreck havoc on nerves, perhaps even more so as first time homebuyers. There were many times along the way that my wife and i had questions to ask, yet Greg was always a phone call away, even when it wasnt during "business hours". Having a knowledgeable person like him was a blessing. Buying a home, for us, is more than purchasing brick and morter, it is an investment in the future for our family. That insight always seemed to be a focus for him as well.
