Katherine joined PRMI in 2020 with a strong desire to help buyers navigate the ins and outs of the mortgage process. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, including eight years of sales and financial experience in the auto industry, Katherine quickly settled into her role supporting one of the division’s top producing originators. During her loan partnership, Katherine developed a passion for each buyer’s unique financial situation and went on to establish herself as an independent lender.
Katherine possesses a strong work ethic and is dedicated to providing each of her borrowers with an unmatched home buying experience from application to closing. Having went through the homeownership process herself, Katherine truly understands the pressure of buying a home and prioritizes making her clients feel stress-free and at ease.
While Katherine enjoys helping every borrower she can, educating first time homebuyers is her specialty. She also has extensive knowledge and a plethora of experience working with down payment assistance programs, new construction homes and buyers with challenged credit or complicated income scenarios. Katherine truly believes the path to homeownership is possible for anyone and she strives to help as many families as she can.
Outside of making homeownership dreams come true, Katherine likes to relax with her dog and two cats. She has a love for music, both as a singer and a songwriter. She is a chicken wing connoisseur, and she is always down for a karaoke night.
