The staff was very personable and cordial. Not once did i call and they didn't answer or call back immediately. They made the process very easy and helped me every step of the way. I've heard some horror stories from first time home buyers, but these ladies made this process a dream come true! I had a deadline to be out of my old residence and they made it possible weeks early! Great service overall!

At Primary Residential Mortgage they were very knowledgeable and experienced in their field of work. They were able to answer every question I had. After being denied at a previous mortgage company, they reassured me they could make it happen. Little did I know, we would be closing more than a week early. I would definitely recommend Primary Residential Mortgage to indivuals and family that's looking to purchase a home, refinance, or even build their credit score. I'm happy I gave them a try!
