Scott is such a nice person! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made our whole loan process so easy. He was always available to answer questions and willing to help anyway he could to make the process easy for us. We appreciate all Scott and his team did for us during this process that is normally a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Scott and his team!

He was not acting in my best interest. He wrote closing documents signing over 1/2 ownership of my house to my boyfriend, while giving me (and him) full assurance that he was just a cosigner, and would not be on the lease, or be an owner. Then he refused to take my calls, threatening to block me (after ONE phone call)... saying that he will only speak to me through my boyfriend. He said it was a quick fix, then told us we need to go to a lawyer to fix it. I am so absolutely disgusted with what has transpired. Was very pleasant, personable and polite when we were working through getting documents for closing.
