This was a relatively painless procedure, as she took a lot of time and care to walk me through each refi option, including out of pocket costs vs payback analysis, the documentation needed, and even helped communicate with the title and insurance companies on my behalf.

As a first time buyer, you go through a whole lot of emotions but Sue Ellen’s attentiveness, her incredible energy, and her authentic transparency made the process so easy. She was extremely communicative, she informed us about everything even gave us topics of things we should look into both the property and questions we should be asking our realtor. She also took everything we said into consideration and was able to come up with various options for us. She went above and beyond to give us the best loan possible!
