Shawn is super smart and very friendly throughout the whole process. He took time to walk me through and educated me on all the details. I felt informed and not pressured on the whole refinance and loan process. He cares about his clients and is the best to work with. I will be referring all my friends and family. The entire process was absolutely amazing and a proactive approach was taken. There was several options available for me with pros and cons discussed for each, helping me to make the best decision with my goals. All my questions that I had were answered quickly and with an attitude of care and patience. At closing everything went seem less with no surprises. Really an amazing experience overall!
