Marty is hands down the very best of the best. His honesty, knowledge, follow-up, competitive edge, personalized attention and overall professionalism surpass all others I have worked with (and closed loans with) in the past, including large lenders and my own credit union (honestly!). Marty offered the most competitive quote in terms of rate and APR - something I look very closely at when choosing a lender - and it wasn't a teaser to get my phone call, and there was no bait-and-switch (and there are tons of those on here as he wasn't the only person I talked to). I simply got the lowest rate at the best price with SUPERIOR service.I have already recommended Marty to all my personal friends, so I am also pleased to recommend him to everyone and anyone reading this. Marty is great. Completely straightforward and honest in the whole process. I needed to close a loan in 14 days and Marty made sure to follow up with everyone to make sure it got done. Closing in two weeks in this environment is tough, but Marty got it done. His rate was very competitive and he quoted all the point/rate combinations so I could make an informed decision. He also lets you know when he doesn't think he has a good rate for a product, which was refreshing.Anyone I know that is looking to buy or refinance, I refer to Marty.

Very pleasant experience. Reponsive and fast; closed in three weeks with no issues or surprises and got a good interest rate and low closing cost.
