Dane Moler assisted us in securing our loan for a newly purchased property in Bend, Oregon. He was super helpful, organized, and made sure everything was properly setup in a timely manner. I felt that Dane had our best interest at heart in the purchase and was really straight-forward, helpful, and super timely on all correspondence. I would suggest him as a mortgage broker to anyone purchasing a new home!

Dane refinanced two properties for me. He notified me when a lower rate made sense to start the process.
Putting together all of the documents for the underwriters always seems like a chore, but Dane’s patience and constant availability, to walk me through the process, was very helpful.
Dane has the knowledge and a great ability to explain the complexities of the loan process in layman’s terms.
I would highly recommend Dane to anyone needing his service.
