Dane Moler has spent more than 23 years helping homebuyers and homeowners across the Bay Area achieve long-term stability and wealth through homeownership. He is a Division President at Primary Residential Mortgage and works out of the San Rafael branch, where he also lives, raises his family, and enjoys the best of Marin’s outdoor lifestyle.
After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Economics, Dane began his career at a local Bay Area mortgage firm and quickly advanced to Vice President of Sales and Operations. In 2008, he co-founded the San Francisco Division of Primary Residential Mortgage. Known for his ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and deliver clarity in high-stakes decisions, Dane has personally funded more than $1 billion in residential mortgage loans throughout his career.
He is consistently recognized as one of the nation’s top mortgage originators by Scotsman Guide and other industry publications. Dane is especially passionate about serving borrowers in the Bay Area who may feel underserved by traditional lending institutions, providing structured guidance and strategic financing to help them achieve wealth and security through homeownership.
Outside of work, Dane is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys cycling, surfing, skiing, live music, travel, and time with his two children in the natural playground of Marin County.
