We were kept informed as to where we were in the process. Once the initial documentation was provided to them we did not need to provide just one more thing and then one more thing again.
We cancelled a transaction with another lender before contacting Primary Residential because they always needed one more thing. After several one more things, we decided to cancel and try a new lender. What a refreshing experience it was. They are very professional,

We first inquired about a refinance with our original lender and was told we would not have a benefit to doing so. A friend recommended Rolf as they had a great experience through him.
We contacted Rolf and after looking at our information, he explained everything thoroughly and made it easy and understandable. He showed us various options on how we were able to best benefit from doing the refinance which gave us different paths to choose from. All worked out great! Thanks Rolf!
