Kenny and his team did an amazing job for me. My purchase was more complicated than most. What most people don't know is that most approvals or denials are based on an algorithm. A person's info is put in to a system and it either kicks back an approval or denial. I was denied by this system, but Kenny knew I should have been approved. Where most brokers would have left it at that, Kenny went old school and his team took my file and worked it manually and got me an approval!
