Great customer service. Anytime I text or called Whitley got right back with me. She did a great job and was super friendly. I would definitely go back to her for a refinance.

All other Mortgage officers we had talked to in previous months had ghosted us after going over what our options would be.. Kaley didn't doubt getting us approved. In-fact she got us approved for WAY more than what we had thought possible, and in such a short amount of time. Our entire home buying experience was as smooth as butterrrrr. I will recommend Kaley to all of our friends! Ohh.. and she sent us THE CUTEST personalized cutting board and pillow. :)

This is my second mortgage with Primary Residential Mortgage. I chose to go with them again mainly because how smooth Kaley Giessing makes the process.
