There were multiple re-workings of the loan amount, and every phone call increased the closing costs - a LOT! After a while I lost faith in the team putting this together to get it right.

Assuming the purpose of this survey is to correct outnesses and improve survice the main outpoint is the left hand does not know what the right hgand is doing. There a serious lack of coordination between departments and there appeared to not be one person who takes responsibility to see that things progress correctly and rapidly. The main upset was the lack of adequate communication. The worst thing you can do to someone is give them answer hunger. Any comm is better than no comm.
