It was great from the beginning, everybody was so helpful and knowledgeable! They helped us newbies to get through it and put up with all our questions no matter how silly. There was always an open line of communication, we weren't left wondering what was going on. They kept us informed every step of the way, even helped remind us to complete easily overlooked tasks like getting utilities. What a silly thing to forget but easy to do when you're caught up in the excitement of buying your home!
