First of all, I loved that he was so easy to get a hold of, even via texting. Second, the numbers that he quoted me before we went through the whole process did not waiver much. I was worried about those surprise charges that some people, fail to mention. That did not happen with Steve. He was always willing to clarify and respond to my many questions. The process was almost too easy! I felt he was honest and forthcoming and I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and family. (Which is how I found him in the first place, as he was recommended many times through a Facebook group in our local city.)
