100% would recommend Kaley. She helped make buying our new home an amazing experience! She was always willing and available to answer any questions we had, and also teach us about the process along the way. She is smart and honest with those she works with and has everyone’s best interest at heart. She is fun to work with and made the whole process so much easier than we thought it could be! We won’t use anyone else!

Imagine having the kindest, most compassionate, most motivated, and all-around humble and helpful person assisting you with your loan. That person is Kaley Giessing. We made the mistake of using someone other than her on our first home purchase. And while they were good, they paled in comparison to Kaley. Not only was she constantly, day and night (and by night, I mean sometimes as late as 10PM), there to help and answer our questions, she taught us how credit worked, how to get it up, and what to pay off in order to get a better interest rate. You can easily see how passionate she is about educating her clients and helping them understand WHY things were happening during their home buying process, and never once did we feel like she was just there as a loan officer taking us through the motions. Honestly, we will never use another person for any of our home needs except for Kaley. She is the friendliest person you will ever meet.😁 She has gone above and beyond in every aspect imaginable. 11/10 would recommend. Thank you Kaley so much for taking care of our family!!!

The experience my husband and I had working with Kaley was nothing but the best! She is caring, honest, responds to you within minutes of you texting her or calling her. She explains to you every detail of your loan. She made us feel less stress through this process. We realized her clients are priority and important to her.
