Robert made the whole refinancing process simple and painless, even with the added complexity of refinncing the property out from under a reverse mortgage. I would absolutely recommend Robert's services and will look to him first should the need arises in the future.

Robert recently qualified me for a home loan. I was in a unique position, newly self-employed, going through a divorce etc... let's just say I had a few challenges to overcome. Most lenders advised me to wait 6 months or until my divorce was final or just said, I'm sorry we can't do it. My sense of urgency to move at that time was immense. My quality of life was strained because of the current house I was in and moving asap was high on my priority list. Robert was recommended to me by an associate who recently had a similar experience. Robert was amazing he was highly recommended to me from a few people and I do not regret working with him at all! He helped us to understand every aspect of the home loan process and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. We had gone to him a year before and we weren’t able to qualify that year but he let us know what we needed to be able to qualify for the next year.
