Tiphani has spent her entire adult life in the lending business.
Upon graduating from High School, she went to work as the Loan Officer assistant to Ralph. While working full time, she got her certification in Child Care from Chabot College.
She then began processing for a branch of 14 loan officers. She handles all phases of the loan process. From application, to processing, to obtaining loan conditions, loan submission to underwriter, and, finally, to the loan closing. She is a pro, and does a great job. With over 27 years of experience, there is no one better to handle the loan from beginning to close.
She also manages the day-to-day operations of the branches. She is currently enrolled in PRMI's Underwriting Academy. She has always been a recipient of the Top Processors award.
She is a valuable asset to our branches, and continues to help families become homeowners.
