Peter was the loan officer for a recent transaction where I represented the sellers. It was a complicated loan (FHA 100% financing) and he communited very clearly to both sides of the transaction as the file moved through underwriting. His team ended up getting everything done ahead of schedule and allowed settlement to happen early. He made the transaction very easy and I hope to work with him again. He was extremely professional, responsive and honest.
