I received a letter in the mail from PRIM with Paul's name at the bottom and at first I was a little skeptical about calling but after thinking about it and comparing other similar letters I chose his. From the very first call he was very polite straight forward and helpful. There were things I didn't quite understand but he took the time to patiently explain to me sometimes more than once. Overall I give PRIM and Paul a thumbs up for the low interest they offer me and great customer service.
