Paul is the best! My husband & I are first-time home buyers, so having Paul by our side to navigate the home purchase process was a must. We would email (& even text him) about residences that we would just see and he was always so communicative, polite, honest and knowledgeable about the market. Paul worked with us on different offer scenarios that could work with our budget and loan rates, he always made sure we were comfortable with numbers & our need to not be house-broke first-time homebuyers. Poor communication , information and documentations given yet requested through multiple forums, requested documentation that wasn’t needed for the loan ( my offer letter on my home purchase) my purchase was not contingent to my sale. Requested way more money than needed for wire. My Vice President of my hometown bank said it was extremely unprofessional. Requested closing numbers several times then when I did they were incorrect. I made sure on Friday 10-27-23 to get final binding numbers for insurance and it was still wrong at closing costing me more money. This whole process was extremely stressful and caused me a lot of anxiety. Just because I took bridge loan for $35,000 did not mean that money was for loan and closing. Paul requested all these funds because he knew the bridge amount because he requested it from Kathy at my bank. Also putting a 5600 charge on my loan for purchasing point assuming I knew that was being done but was never explained to me. Yea payment scenario were sent but nothing spoke about my interest rate. Things that happened caused me trust issues. Hopefully things will be better moving forward
