Wow. There are hardly enough adequate words to describe how grateful we are to Dan Torre and his team at Primary Residential Mortgage. Due to student loans and unique contract terms, what started out as a paperwork nightmare ended up turning into a real dream come true. Dan worked with us every step of the way and even when I started to feel overwhelmed by the credit bureaus and life in general, he was there to keep encouraging me to stick with it. He kept on fighting in our corner to get us into a house which we had been renting for a long time, and it is now finally truly ours. I am proud to say that God has really blessed my family with putting Dan and Primary Residential in our path and helping us turn our house into our Home. Thank you so much for everything. We will never forget you.

Shirley Hapner is very dependable. She is a true professional. We really appreciate her knowledge and skills. Judy is also very helpful and dependable. They both did a great job. I would recommend anyone looking for a home loan to go to Shirley Hapner. She has a lot of knowledge in this profession and her experience is very obvious.
