Amy took what's typically considered a stressful event for most people's lives and made it simple and painless. She's known for her checklists highlighting each step of the home buying process and they did not disappoint! Throughout the process, we were never confused or unsure of what we had to do next. Amy was always there to guide us and take the time to talk about any of our questions. She was quick to respond, organized, and overall a gem of a human to work with. Amy Fichter at Primary Residential just helped us purchase our first home! She was absolutely amazing with communication and made us feel comfortable being able to reach her with any questions that popped up. She understood the different grant programs offered in the city and helped us secure additional grant money for the down payment on the house. Every step with PMR was very efficient and clear cut. The process was so speedy and wonderful - highly recommend!!
