I can't say that this experience was good at all unfortunately. You went MIA at the worst possible time. We got no updates and we were very close to insisitng on the buyer going with another lender. It was the 11th hour and the seller was about to pull the plug. I was told by Jameka later that you had shoulder surgery, which is fine, but no one covered for you and you didn't tell anyone prior. It all could have been avoided. All of the headaches and drama all could have been avoided. Someone on your team could have stepped in to finidh the deal.

Seems like he can make anything work. He's quick with numbers. My first time, I was stressed out at first wanting to just give up and I had to do very little which made it a lot less complicated. Overall good guy to deal with and will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need.
