Alisa was awesome. She was very diligent and truly cared about helping us. She was quick to answer any questions we had along the way. She guided us in getting documents we needed as well as assisted in answering any questions that were asked of us during the loan process. We were very pleased with our experience. She is not only a great person to work alongside, she also quickly became a good friend.

This was my first home purchase and Alisa laid everything out very simply and explained the whole process step by step. She was very active in making sure I was ahead of the game in my preparation for closing and often checked in with me to keep me informed on the next steps of the process and helped keep me relaxed through what I understood could be a frustrating venture.
