Having engaged in multiple real estate transactions from coast-to-coast over a period of more than thirty years, I have experience dealing with many many loan officers. For me, Lori Muller is a stand-out. She absolutely shines with customer service focus, skill, experience, and winning personality. She knows her business, effectively manages a talented team, and communicates both internally and externally with clarity and in a timely manner. Hard to imagine a more effective loan officer anywhere! Ownership, co-workers, and clients alike are fortunate to have her!

Joanna was very responsive and an excellent partner throughout the loan process. She explained the closing document and necessary documents needed to continue the loan process. In addition Joanna took time out of her busy schedule to meet us at the closing before the signing. I was really impressed with the extra mile Joanna took to be an excellent partner to my wife an I during this process. I've reached out to 3 other lenders during this process but none was a responsive and knowledgeable as Joanna. Kudos to the entire Carmel PRMI team!!

Joanna communicated extremely well. In a market that is as volatile as it currently is, Joanna stayed on top of all the details of our loan and was always available to answer questions. She seemed very confident in her answers which gave us assurance when we were making decisions about our loan. She explained our options well and we felt she wanted what was best for us when it came to our loan terms.

My experience with Joanna by far has been the best experience that I have ever had in acquiring a home loan! She make the process easy to understand, and handled my loan needs and situation flawlessly! When I have the need to refinance or acquire a new home loan I will definitely work with Joanna again!

During the pandemic it was hard purchasing a house and I know that the process was stressful for us, but everything fell into place and Lori really helped us figure everything out.
