Joe Thiesmann is an entrepreneur, restaurateur, motivational speaker and former star quarterback of the Washington Redskins.

During his 12 years in the NFL, Thiesmann set many records and helped the team make two consecutive Super Bowl appearances. As star quarterback, Thiesmann led them to a 27-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins in Super Bowl XVII.

After an injury ended his football career, Thiesmann joined ESPN and has spent the last two decades on their NFL broadcast and the NFL Network.

In 1982, he was he named the NFL’s “Man of the Year” for his community service and dedication to the health and welfare of children. Additionally, Thiesmann received the Walter Camp Football Foundation “Distinguished American” Award in 2013.











Barry Habib has been a well-known professional speaker on the financial and Real Estate markets for over 25 years.

Habib is an entrepreneur and frequent media resource for his mortgage and housing expertise. He has had a long tenure with monthly appearances on CNBC and FOX.

Habib is also the CEO of MBS Highway and was recently named the top Real Estate forecaster by Zillow and Pulsenomics. He was presented with the Crystal Ball Award for the most accurate Real Estate forecasts out of 150 of the top economists in the US.

In addition to being a well-respected voice in the finance industry, Habib is also the Lead Producer and Managing Partner for Rock of Ages, one of the longest running shows in Broadway history, and played a small part in the Tom Cruise film adaptation.

Danny Gardner leads Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Affordable Lending and Access to Credit business.

In his role, he is primarily responsible for fulfilling Freddie Mac’s community mission to provide sustainable homeownership education and financing to families who are traditionally underserved by the market.

Gardner brings over 24 years of mortgage banking experience and has spent most of his career in leadership roles focused on providing opportunities for families to buy their first homes. As leader of CRA Lending for the mortgage businesses of Citibank and Capital One and chief operating officer of the National Community Stabilization Trust, he helped municipalities and nonprofit organizations reclaim neighborhoods devastated by the foreclosure crisis.
