Thank you so much for your diligence in getting this loan closed. My buyers had already prepared to stay in their home for an additional year when they learned their previous loan couldn’t close but then Mr Buckley took over this loan and got it closed in record time!

We haven’t officially closed on any home, but this review comes without hesitation and with so much gratefulness. After years of let downs, and trauma with lenders, these guys have taken such a HARD situation, and grasped every bit of it with grace and without complaints. William takes each question and answers it with such professionalism, but also can make any bad question or answer seem so comforting! This team is by far the greatest, and even if we never end up buying a home because of our situation- I’ll recommend William & Matthew to anyone and everyone.
