William was awesome! He was patient, accessible, and had no problems answering any questions that we had about the lending process and closing costs. He and his team are quite timely in all responses. He has a wealth of knowledge about the home buying process and has no problems sharing when needed. I honestly am glad that he and his team were recommended to us! If I had to do it all again, I would work with him again.

We have had Will as our financial person for several real estate transactions over several years. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and makes the experience stress free. Will has always taken the extra steps to take care of us. The most important thing is that we trust him ! If Will ever retired, we’ll probably stop buying houses! 🙂
