First time homebuyers & through the circumstances (COVID-19) couldn't meet in person even once. Overall it was a good experience working with PRMI because our loan manager Lee Smith & his assistant were on top of our loan information only missing reply to an email/call every so often.

I have obtained over 12 mortgages, new purchases and refinances, through Man Phan over the last 10 years. I have owned rental properties for 20 years and always use Man because of his expertise, ideas, and great communication. I know the business fairly well, but If I ever need something explained, Man is always willing to communicate in a professional, non-condescending manner.
