Marylou was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive and accessible via phone and e-mail. My husband and I worked with her while living in a different state and she made it easy for us with online tools and e-mail.

Rarni was a pleasure to work with, she was on top of every aspect of the process and even pointed out an issue I had on one of my other properties which when corrected, saved me some money on that property. I am beyond happy, that I chose Mary Lou to do my loan. I was extremely nervous about the process of refinancing my home, and she was quick and professional in the process.
