He was kind, patient, and supportive the whole way. He worked with me not for me or not for him. He worked WITH ME and meet my needs. He was also encouraging too. I was a ball of nerve the whole time while I asked him 100 questions in one sitting and he answered all my questions with a calm and collective mindset. He's not only a great lender but a great mentor. I am very glad I chose Mike as my lender and I recommend him hands down at 100% without hesitation.

Mike was referred to us through a close friend a few years back. I've enjoyed working with him and his team so much for the refinance of our first home that I returned for the purchase of our second home. The 2nd engagement took almost 2 years, throughout which Mike and team had been extremely patient and highly responsive (even after the many rejected offers). With the real estate market heading to a very different (worst) direction than when we started, Mike constantly presented us with various loan options accompanied by tailored recommendations on what would be best for us financially. I was not even aware of many of these options. We breezed through the closing process well-prepared without any hiccups, and even beat the expected timeline by a few days. Many thanks to Mike and his team, we are now settling into our dream home. I can wait to work with Mike again in the near future when it's time to refinance.
