Michael and his team pushed this deal through, despite some unusual challenges (COVID-19). They were attentive, detail oriented, and just excellent all around. I have done many refis, and Michael is the best!

Constructive idea for improvement - The "upload" part of the website is confusing for a first loan client. You explained it well in the email so I didn't use it.
