Casey is very professional and friendly and makes us feel very comfortable working with him and talking to him. He is knowledgeable and helpful and explains things to us so that we could easily understand. We have worked with Casey in the past for our home purchase and now for our home refinance and due to his excellent customer service we will continue to go to Casey in the future. We feel as if we can trust Casey and he is always looking out for our best interest so we highly recommend him.

The underwriters keep delaying the loan with there slow process. I had to send P&Ls several times.
