Ms Loewen was extremely informative on the loan process. She was instrumental in advising me on raising our credit ratings thru a program designed to raise scores, it worked!!! She was efficient & professional in every step we took!! She quickly returned calls as well as well as keeping me informed at all times. She was accommodating & easy to talk to, very pleasant & supportive when I would be getting concerned of how I was looking over all or interest rates, etc. Her standards are impeccable!!
