Awful customer service. Paid a month ahead since loan started. Called to cancel an online payment days before drafting due to a refi, agent said they can’t/won’t cancel payments.
Issuing bank placed stop payment and PRMI was good enough to charge a good paying customer $50
Spent an hour on the phone with Tracy getting nothing but nonsense reasons why they couldn’t do a courtesy reverse on fee.
So glad I’m taking my business elsewhere..

Ms. Determan's communication and availability was outstanding. She responded quickly to questions and followed-up to make sure we knew what she needed from us on a timely basis. She was also helpful in providing the information we needed to make an informed decision on whether to refinance or not, and that allowed us to move forward with a very favorable interest rate. Her staff was also very helpful. The ease and clarity of the website was excellent.
