Let me start by saying that shopping for a lender sucks. But when I found Lee Smith, I knew I had found the right person for me. Lee was very insightful, straightforward, genuine, and honest from the start to the finish. Honestly, if I could buy 100 homes, I would have Lee finance every single one of them.
