She was great but at the end there was no communication on closing fees that were associated with interest points. I was not made aware of her buying points without letting me know. It was a surprise on the closing day that my closing fees were over 13k instead of 2-4k. I was very disappointed with this and if I didn't have the money then I won't been able to close. Also I'm a 100% disabled veteran and I don't pay property tax. At the day of closing she calls me and states oh by the way there's a program in which you don't have to pay the tax but your closings will be postponed. At this point I'm homeless with my family and this information should of been addressed weeks or days before closing. Other then that leanna.gonzales was easy to talk with and reach. She and her team were very responsive and respectful. I would recommend her and utilize her again. It was just a little communication that as a team needs to be improved.

She was always helpful with any questions I had. She went over and beyond getting information for me when I was unable too, do to me working 40 plus hours a week, tending to an office alone for the entire month of January, and working overtime due to deadlines. She helped me so much with responding quickly to my emails as well!
